Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 2.00pm. Check-out is 10.00am. Reception Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am until 6pm Weekend: 9:30am until 3:30pm
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
Yes, should you be arriving after hours, please contact reception prior to your stay so we can provide you with our after-hours check-in procedure. Reception Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am until 6pm Weekend: 9:30am until 3:30pm
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Late check-outs are subject to availability. Please enquire with reception if you would like to organise a late check-out. Please note: late check-out fees apply.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date and time (based on 2pm arrival). If 48 hours prior notice is not provided, or for no shows, the entire booking amount will be payable.
Q: What are the reception hours?
Office hours: Monday to Friday: 8am until 6pm Weekend: 9:30am until 3:30pm The entry doors to the building will be unlocked from 8am until 8pm Monday to Saturday, and from 9am until 2pm on Sundays - guests will need their issued security swipe to access the building outside of these times. Please contact hotel for details.
Q: Can I book Airtrain tickets at reception?
Yes, we do sell Airtrain Tickets which will take you from South Brisbane Train Station to Brisbane Airport (Domestic and International). Please enquire at reception if you would like to purchase a ticket. We can also arrange private transfers - please enquire at reception for availability/associated fees.
